Information You Choose to Send
Terms Entered in Search
When you type a name, location, or other term into a search tool, that request is transmitted to the third-party company that operates the tool. Indian River County Released Inmates does not keep or log those query terms on its own systems. The search provider’s policy controls its receipt, processing, retention, and use of the query.

If you send an email or submit a contact form, the message and the contact details you include may be retained long enough to review and answer it. We do not disclose a contact message outside the organization except when disclosure is required by law. Please do not send confidential case files, protected records, identification documents, or other sensitive material through an ordinary message.
