Indian River County custody questions are split among the Sheriff, Clerk, Florida Department of Corrections, parole commission, and federal systems. Start with the agency responsible for the custody event or sentence. A focused request should include the full name, date of birth when known, booking or DC number, date range, and the exact record sought. - County release documents or a booking record: Contact the IRCSO records custodian or use the official public-records request channel. Chapter 119 fees depend on the format and work required, so request an estimate rather than assuming a flat charge.
- State prison release: Search the FDC Offender Information system. Direct release-database questions to the Bureau of Admission and Release and formal record requests to the FDC custodian.
- Probation, parole, or conditional release: Use the Indian River County probation and parole route, then contact Vero Beach Office 192 for an FDC supervision record or FCOR for a Commission Action.
- Release date or notification: The Projected Release page separates county and state dates. Register a specific-person alert through the VINELink Inmate Search or call Florida VINE.
- Federal prison or immigration detention: Use the BOP Inmate Locator for a federal prison record and the ICE Online Detainee Locator for immigration custody. A missing ICE result is not proof of release.
